Why we exist
Buying abroad should not mean buying blind.
Most people buying in Greece from overseas are doing it once, in a language they may not read, in a legal system they have never used, against a selling agent who does this every week and is paid by the other side.
That asymmetry is the whole reason this business exists. We put someone experienced on your side of the table, so the search, the inspections and the negotiation are run by a professional whose only client is you.
We do not sell property and we do not act for sellers or their agents. Our only client is the buyer, which means nobody on the other side of the table has a say in what we tell you about a property.
Acting as an intermediary in a Greek property transaction is a regulated activity. Dimitris is a licensed real estate agent (μεσίτης ακινήτων), registered in the General Commercial Registry under ΓΕΜΗ 188988403000. What we are, and what we are not.
We are a buyer's representative. We source, inspect, negotiate and coordinate. That is the job.
We are not a law firm, a notary, a licensed engineer, a tax adviser or a lender, and we do not give regulated legal or financial advice. Every one of those pieces is done by a licensed professional — we introduce them, manage them and make sure the work actually gets done on time.
Being clear about that line is not a disclaimer at the bottom of a page. It is how the service is designed: you get one person accountable for the whole purchase, and specialists doing the parts that legally require a specialist.
