This website describes the services of GH Buyers Agency. Nothing on it is an offer, and nothing on it forms a contract. If you engage us, the terms of that engagement are set out in a separate written client agreement, which prevails over anything here.

The content here is general information about buying property in Greece. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Do not act on it without taking advice from a qualified professional.

We take care to keep it accurate, but property markets, taxes and residency rules change. We do not warrant that everything here is current or complete.

Fees and quotes

We do not publish fees on this site. Any figure we give you is a quote for the work described in it, and is confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.

Governing law

Greek law governs these terms and the Greek courts have jurisdiction.
