Cookies

Cookie policy.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Here is everything that can end up in your browser, and why.

Version: September 2026

The short version

We do not track you. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no fingerprinting and no profiling. You will not see a cookie banner here because, by default, there is nothing to consent to.

What can be set

site_gate — ours, essential
Set only while the site is closed to the public. It remembers that you entered the access password so you are not asked again on every page. It contains no personal data, is not readable by scripts, and expires after 30 days. It disappears entirely once the site opens.
Calendly — third party, consent
The booking calendar sets its own cookies. It does not load at all unless you press the button asking for it, so these are only ever set if you choose to book that way. Calendly's own cookie notice governs them.

That is the complete list. Nothing else on this site reads from or writes to your browser's storage.

Why there is no cookie banner

A banner exists to ask permission before non-essential cookies are set. We do not set any, and the one third-party embed that would is placed behind a button instead — so the choice is made at the moment it matters, by the people who actually want the calendar, rather than thrown at everyone on every page.

Controlling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking the access cookie means re-entering the password on each visit; blocking Calendly's means the calendar will not work, and you can book by email, phone or WhatsApp instead.

How we handle personal data generally is set out in our privacy notice.

Changes

If we add anything that sets a cookie, we will update this page first. The version date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
